How Working With Us Goes

Send us the details
Send the date and venue and we'll reply the same day with video and a quote. Need a W-9 or certificate of insurance for vendor setup? We send those too.

We handle the logistics
We coordinate load-in and timing directly with your venue or event planner, and send a one-page spec sheet your AV team can actually use.
03
You team has a great night
We start on time and stay out of the way of speeches and awards. Once the music starts, we watch who's dancing and keep adjusting so the floor stays full.

Real starting prices, because your budget approval needs a number. Every package includes a dedicated sound tech, professional sound and lighting, and a one-page spec sheet for your venue. Events more than 30 miles from downtown Austin may carry a travel fee, quoted up front.
