Type A is Austin’s 90s and 2000s party band for weddings, corporate events, festivals, and private parties. For 15 years, brands like CVS Pharmacy, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Topgolf, Jostens, and Texas Air Systems have booked us to pack the dance floor, and we’ve rocked crowds at BBQ Austin by Rodeo Austin, Zilker Relays, the Dripping Springs Founders Day Festival, and Ascension Seton Foundation and HAAM benefit events. Every show is 100% live, with 200+ songs, no backing tracks, and our crowd-driven On Demand format that lets your guests pick the hits.

You guys were absolutely the highlight of my evening! Everyone was saying the band was their favorite, and they would remember this wedding forever because of y'all.
My coordinator said you guys were the absolute best band she has ever worked with.

Working with the band Type A, from initial coordination through the day of the event, was an outstanding experience. They arrived early, set up seamlessly, and delivered an amazing performance.

We had Type A for our office holiday party...My co-workers were singing and dancing along all the way from the first song to last song.
